Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer standard shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
Our standard delivery time is 7 to 15 business days following order processing. Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, factors outside our control (such as customs processing or carrier delays) may occasionally extend shipping times.
Shipping Costs Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping & Customs Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. My Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.
